What happens after you order
Everything is made and dispatched from our manufactory in Germany.
Shipping
- Stocked items are usually dispatched within a few working days.
- Personalised pieces are made to order, so allow additional production time before dispatch.
- We ship within Germany and across the EU; costs are shown at checkout.
- You receive tracking details by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Returns & cancellation
- You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on unused items in their original condition.
- Personalised and made-to-order items are excluded from returns, please confirm size and spelling before ordering.
- To start a return, email tessa@sleepy-elephant.com with your order number.
