- Which sleeping bag size do I need?
- Go by body height, not age. 60 cm suits up to about 62 cm tall, 70 cm covers 62 to 74 cm, 90 cm covers 74 to 92 cm and 110 cm covers 92 to 110 cm. If your baby is between sizes and growing fast, size up.
- Is down safe for babies?
- Our down cosy bag is designed for stroller and carrier naps rather than unsupervised cot sleep. For cot sleep in the first year, we recommend the four-layer muslin sleeping bag, which is breathable and cannot be pushed over the face like a loose duvet.
- At what room temperature should I use the muslin sleeping bag?
- It is designed for rooms from 18 °C upwards, all year round. Regulate warmth with what your baby wears underneath rather than by swapping the bag.
- Is your bedding suitable for allergy sufferers?
- Yes. Our down bedding carries the NOMITE® seal, meaning it is suitable for people sensitive to house dust mites, and everything is certified to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 for harmful substances.
- Where is your bedding made?
- All down products are individually handcrafted in our family's manufactory in Germany. All muslin products are made by a trusted partner who exclusively works with organic and OEKO-TEX certified muslin cotton.
- Can I have a name embroidered?
- Yes, add the name at checkout and we embroider it before shipping. Personalised items are made to order and cannot be returned, so please check the spelling.
- How do I wash a down duvet?
- Rarely, at 30 to 60 °C on a down programme in a large drum with down detergent, then tumble dry completely on low heat until the down is fully bone dry, light, and fluffy again.
- When can my child move to a duvet and pillow?
- Most children are ready from around 18 to 24 months, once they can move freely and reliably push bedding away. A pillow is usually appropriate from about 2 years.
- How long does delivery take and can I return items?
- Stocked items usually ship within a few working days; personalised pieces take longer as they are made to order. Unused, non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days.
